The following are some of the services available;
Ingrown Toe Nails
Ingrown toe nails occur when the nail cuts into the side of the toe causing pain and sometimes pus. We offer a permanent solution known as partial avulsion.
Corns and Calluses
Corns and calluses are areas of hard skin that can grow anywhere on the foot and toes. Sometimes corns and calluses can be painful. The foot type and unsuitable foot wear are the most common contributing factors. We can alleviate the condition by doing a gait analysis as well as offer corrective orthotics, suitable foot wear and/or removal of the hard skin.
A Verrucaes/Wart is a condition brought on by a virus and can easily be confused for a corn. It can be very painful when it occurs on a weight bearing area of the foot. It is often seen in young people.
Heel and General Foot Pain
Heel pain is one of the most common foot problems that we see. It presents with pain around the heel when walking, pain first thing in the morning or pain after periods of sitting. It responds well to treatment if managed aggressively.
Knee and Ankle Joint Pain
Knee and ankle joint pain is often seen in people with arthritic conditions, runners, gym enthusiasts and overweight people. This pain can be debilitating. We have various treatment options for all these depending on the causative factor. Some of the solutions include biomechanics, footwear, exercise, NSAIDS, steroid injections, PRP injections and hyluronic acid injections.

We use Biomechanics to help patients walk better by assessing the structure, alignment and function of the foot and legs. This is an individualized assessment that helps us recommend the most effective treatment for your specific problem which could include Orthotics among other solutions.
Orthotics are artificial devices used to help people with walking deformities walk better. These are measured and fitted specifically for the deformity and therefore make the patient more comfortable.
Wilde Pedique is a cosmetic procedure on damaged nails. In case a nail is broken or missing, a new artificial nail is built and installed in a patient that blends perfectly with the rest of the nails.
A lot of foot pain is brought on by unsuitable footwear which includes shoes and socks. We can advise and provide you the appropriate footwear for your foot type.
